/ wife photography team Mary Liz Austin and Terry Donnelly live on Vashon
Island in the heart of Puget Sound in Washington. Over the past twelve
years they have traveled extensively in North American national parks,
public lands, popular travel destinations and the American countryside.
In their work, they seek those elusive conditions, which reveal the mystery
and grandeur of nature.
Donnelly and Austin have three books using exclusive collections of their
work:
Washington, The Spirit of the Land (1999), Seattle (1999), and Heaven
on Earth (2000).
They are presently working on an Oregon book to be released in 2001, and
a project covering the landscape of Ireland.
Their images also appear in numerous calendars and books by Sierra Club,
Audubon, National Geographic Books, Outside Magazine, Reiman Publications,
