Educational Discounts

Photography is about Sharing the Vision, but as a student or instructor it can be challenging to pay for the digital services you need. That’s why we created our educational discount program.

Our educational discounts are offered to people who meet the following requirements:

- Full Time College Students pursuing a degree (associates, bachelors, masters, doctorate) in photography at an accredited institution.

- High School Instructors at an accredited public or private school, or College Instructors at an accredited university or art school. Instructors must teach photography or art classes, and must make 75% or more of their annual income from teaching.

- Educational discounts are not available for part-time students, nor high school students.

To receive your educational discount, you will need to submit the following information with your order:

Students:
At the beginning of each term, you and your instructor must fill out our student discount application. We will keep this form on file, and give you any applicable discounts for the length of the school term. These forms will need to be resubmitted at the start of each new term. Instructors:
Print our educator's discount application on your school's letterhead, then fill it out. After we have verified your information, you will be eligible for our discounts for a year, for both class work and personal projects. You can extend your discount for another year by submitting another application. Download our educator's discount application (Adobe PDF).

Rules and Regulations:

• You must write "STUDENT DISCOUNT" in the promotional code section of our order form each time you order. Order forms without these words will be billed at our regular prices.
  
  
  
• Educational discounts are offered at the sole discretion of West Coast Imaging and may be refused at any time, for any reason.
  
  
• Our educational discount program is subject to change or cancellation without notice.
  
  
• Deadline projects must be approved by West Coast Imaging, and must be clearly marked as a deadline project when you place your order (write DEADLINE with the deadline date in bold ink at the top of your order form).
  
  
• To qualify as a student, you must be a full time (12 credit hours or more per term) college student pursuing a degree in photography at an accredited school.
  
  
• If you graduate or no longer qualify for educational discounts, you must let us know when you place your next order. Your honesty will allow us to continue to offer this service to future students and educators.
  
  
• Educational discounts may not be combined with any other sale or promotion offered by West Coast Imaging. No exceptions.
