General Turnaround Times:

We work on a first-come, first-served basis with all orders at West Coast Imaging. Our reputation is built on giving each image our undivided attention, striving to make the best prints and scans possible. We work to complete each order as quickly as possible, without sacrificing quality.

The turnaround times listed below are estimates only. Our workload changes daily, and may dictate a longer (or shorter) turnaround. We are happy to accommodate special orders or unusual requests, but they may result in a longer turnaround time for your order.

If you are working on a deadline, even if it’s far in the future, please be sure to let us know, so we can work with you to meet your objectives. We always strive to meet your needs. If you need it yesterday, we have RUSH services that come along with RUSH charges (generally 100% markup).

Scan orders generally take 72 hours in-house. 8-bit scans larger than 300mb, 16-bit scans larger than 600mb, and scans of images larger than 4x5 may take longer.

Custom Exhibition Print orders generally take 15 to 20 business days in-house.

Exhibition Reprint and Print Lab orders generally take 5 to 7 in-house business days. Prints on SuperGloss or Fuji Pearl take 10 to 14 in-house business days, and prints on any of our Epson printers take 10 in-house business days.

Custom Files take a varied amount of time, depending on your needs, and our workflow. If you are working with a specific deadline, we can usually accommodate you. Please contact a printmaker for more information.
