Need your scans in a hurry? Why wait for FedEx when you can download them from our web server?

How it works:

1. Sign up for an online account.

2. When you place your order, mark "Online Delivery" on your order form. Also write down your user name for your online account in the "user name" location.

3. We will upload your scans to our web server as soon as they are done, and will send you an email to notify you that your scans are ready.

How much it costs:
We charge a flat fee of $15 per order for this service.

When will I receive my film?
Your film will be shipped back within 48 hours of posting your scans on our web server. We will also include a CD or DVD with your scans on it, to ensure you have a hard copy.

Turnaround and Rush Services:
Our normal turnaround is 72 hours in-house. This means that if we receive your images on Monday, we usually have them posted by the close of business on Thursday. Actual turnaround will vary, depending on our workload.

If you need your scans by a specific deadline, please contact us. We may be able to accommodate them using the following rush services. You MUST get prior approval for all rush services. To ask for approval, call 800-799-4576 and ask to speak to the scanning department.

• 48 hour turnaround (Scans posted 2 days after we receive them):
  Additional 50% rush charge (1.5 times the normal price per scan)
  
  
• 24 hour turnaround (Scans posted 1 day after we receive them):
  Additional 100% rush charge (2 times the normal price per scan)
  
  
• Same day turnaround (Scans posted by 6PM Pacific Time, the same day we receive your film):
  Additional 300% rush charge (4 times the normal price per scan)
